WORLD'S FINEST #276 - 278
Other than Batman and Black Lightning, Trevor is most identified with Green Arrow at DC, drawing a number of generally ten pages long stories that were used as back-ups in the large sized World's Finest comic book of the late '70s and early '80s. What makes these stories unique, other than Trevor's own vision, was the use of different inkers on individual stories, both experienced and artists just starting their careers. This mixture of inkers had varied results, but when paired with an inker of quality, such as here, Trevor's storytelling shone.
This storyarc was written by Len Wein and ran as a back-up in World's Finest in early 1982. The story was spread out over five issues, this section represents the last three chapters in the story and showcases the perfect inking of Larry Mahlstedt, one of the few inkers who could improve upon Trevors pencils.
